2014

  • International Postgraduate Certificate in Education programme in collaboration with Queens University, UK, starts.

2013

  • Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park becomes a member of the Council of International Schools.
  • Tenby International School Miri receives recognition from the Government of the Netherlands as an official Dutch school and NTC provider.
  • Tenby International School Setia Eco Gardens (JB) opens.
  • Move Tenby Schools Ipoh and Tenby International School Miri to new, purpose-built campuses.

2011

  • Selected by Sarawak Shell Berhad to set up an international school in Miri, which opens in September, to provide international education to its expatriate and local staff as well as the local community.
  • Moves Tenby Schools Penang to the purpose-built campus in Tanjung Bungah (Penang).
  • Participates in the Yayasan DayaDiri (www.ydd.org.my) scholarship programme.
  • Staff development programme with Columbia University of the USA begins.

2010

  • The first Tenby Schools SiWu Scholarship is awarded.

2008

  • The Tenby Schools in the award-winning Setia Eco Park development open.
  • Commences staff development programme with Stranmillis University College of Queens University, Belfast, UK.
  • Tenby International School Ipoh receives accreditation from the Western Association for Schools and Colleges.

2005

  • Tenby Schools Penang, comprising an international school and national school, opens.

2004

  • Tenby Schools Ipoh, consisting of an international school and a national school, opens.

1960

  • The first Tenby School is established in Ipoh for British expatriates who wanted to provide their children with quality education based on the British system.
