What a day! Secondary Sports Day at Tenby Schools Ipoh was one for the books. Despite the rain, the energy was through the roof, and nothing could stop the students from giving it their all. The wet weather actually made things a bit more fun, adding a splash of excitement to all the events! The cheerleading teams really set the tone for the day, bursting onto the field with fantastic routines and so much energy. Each house put on a show full of colour, creativity, and tons of enthusiasm, getting everyone pumped for the events ahead. Then came the tug-of-war. Talk about fierce competition! Students pulled with all their might, and the cheers from the sidelines made it feel like a real battle. Even with the rain making things slippery, no one was backing down. It was all about teamwork, strength, and determination—and the crowd was right there, supporting every tug and pull. The races were up next, and they were full of excitement! Whether it was sprinting through puddles or tackling the relay race, everyone was giving it their all, rain or shine. And let’s not forget the long jump, where students were leaping through the track, showing off their skills and pushing their limits.Secondary Sports Day wasn’t just about who won—it was about everyone coming together, showing resilience, and making the most of the day, even with a little rain. A massive thank you to the PE team, cheerleaders, and all the students who made the day so special.
