Tenby International School Tropicana Aman caters to students aged 3 to 16 years, covering Early Years to Secondary education. For detailed information on fees, please refer to our School Fees - Tropicana Aman.

Established in September 2018, Tenby International School Tropicana Aman is the newest campus within the Tenby Schools Group. Situated on a 10-acre site near Kota Kemuning, the campus is designed to meet the educational needs of 21st-century learners.

The primary language of instruction is English. Additionally, we offer Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure students are proficient in multiple languages.

Our school hours vary slightly by section: 

Early Years (Kindergarten): 8.30am – 2.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) 

Primary School:  

Year 1 & Year 2: 8.00am – 2.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) 

Year 3 to Year 6: 7.40am – 2.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) 

Secondary School: 7.40am – 2.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) 

We also offer a variety of after-school enrichment programmes and activities. 

Parents can provide feedback through scheduled parent-teacher meetings, direct communication with teachers via email or phone and participation in the Parents’ Association. 

We offer over 100+ co-curricular activities, ranging from sports, music, drama and academic clubs to enrichment programmes that allow students to pursue their interests and talents. Additionally, we are proud to offer the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme for secondary students. 

Yes, we do have a school uniform which you can purchase from the school. The uniform differs for Early Years, Primary and Secondary students.

We strive to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a case-by-case basis as we do not have a dedicated special educational unit. Please contact our admissions team to discuss specific requirements on how best we can support the student’s needs within our resources. 

Yes, we have an English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme designed to support students whose first language is not English. There is an additional fee for this programme. The level of support is tailored to each student’s needs based on their proficiency in English. 

The school invites parents to several events organised by the school team – from celebration assemblies to concert performances, coffee mornings to parent-teacher conferences.  

Parents can engage through the Parents’ Association, volunteer opportunities, attending school events and participating in workshops. 

For Early Years and Primary students, most books are kept at school to minimise the weight of their school bags. However, depending on the subject, they may bring books home for activities like spelling, homework or revision.  

Secondary students typically bring their books home as needed for revision and homework, supporting their independent learning and preparation. 

At present, lockers are readily available for students across all year groups. 

All reports of bullying will be treated seriously and investigated. Students and parents need to understand and realise that any poor choices of behaviour will result in having to accept the consequences of such actions and that this may result in suspension or expulsion. Any bullying should be reported via email to: tta.antibullying@tenby.edu.my. 

For Primary students, Chromebooks will be provided on loan if required for certain subjects.  

For Secondary students, a laptop is compulsory from Year 7 onwards. The school will provide the necessary specifications to guide you before purchasing a laptop.  

Termly PTCs (Parent-Teacher conferences) & SLCs (Student Lead Conferences) are organised to update parents on their child's progress. 

Mobile phones are only allowed for Secondary students and must not be used during school lessons. Usage is only permitted after school hours.
