Here’s a roundup of our latest PE highlights and activities.House Competition PlayoffsThis week marked the thrilling conclusion of the Year 5 and 6 lunchtime house competition. After weeks of intense matches, the playoffs saw Falcon and Tiger compete for 3rd place on Wednesday, while Dragon and Phoenix battled for the championship on Thursday. Congratulations to Dragon, our overall winner, and to Phoenix for securing second place. Falcon and Tiger tied for third. A big well done to all students who showcased incredible teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the competition!U15 Netball Friendly MatchOur U15 Netball team played their first friendly match of the year against Sunway International School. Although the match didn’t end in our favour, it was a valuable learning experience as the team prepares for the upcoming AIMS tournament. With strong defensive plays and great teamwork across the court, the team is now focused on areas for improvement for their next game against King Henry VIII on 22nd October.Cross Country TrainingOur cross-country teams (U9, U11, U13, and U15) have been training hard for their competition on 23rd October. Sessions include endurance-building runs, sprint drills, and tactical preparation for long-distance races. We wish our runners the best of luck!AIMS U11 Boys BasketballOur U11 Boys Basketball team recently competed at Oasis International School, facing experienced opponents in an exciting tournament. Despite not securing a win, the boys showed remarkable improvement with each game and left the court with their heads held high.
