Choosing the right school is a major decision which can be quite daunting. Therefore, we hope that this section of our website will be able to answer all the questions you may have during the research process. Aside from this message, do also peruse through the sections outlining our admissions process, fees, and our range of Trial Classes and Open Days where you can sample the Tenby Schools experience for yourself.
In advance of that, do allow us to first give a brief overview of what makes Tenby Schools a unique educational option for you and your children.
What Is Unique About Our School
Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens comprises two schools: Tenby International School (offering the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS), International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and IGCSE); and Sekolah Sri Tenby (offering the Malaysian National Curriculum). We have been welcoming students from all over the world into our diverse community for over 7 years, and pride ourselves on offering a blend of international approaches and practices with an adherence to and respect of Asian values and traditions, which includes aspirations towards academic achievement.
Regardless of which pathway you choose for your child, Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens provides a dynamic learning environment from Early Years to Year 11 or Form 5. He or she will benefit from the same internationally-minded approach to school life. Our aim is to support parents in inspiring excellence in students, fostering intercultural tolerance, and empowering world citizens.
Over and above academic focus, we emphasise a holistic education that goes beyond the classroom. Students are encouraged to join our wide range of pastoral and after-school activities to develop themselves in the arts, sciences, sports and physical activities, as well as their social and leadership skills. This is to ensure students experience all-rounded development and develop a habit of lifelong learning.
Character development and interpersonal interaction are just as important for us. We nurture our students to be responsible, caring and vibrant people who are able to work with and even lead others in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Underpinning all of this is our desire to see our students experience Amazing Learning on a daily basis. As such, we actively seek to challenge students and provide them with opportunities to experience personal breakthroughs and successes.
