Student Essay 2 – Impact of Lockdown on Our Planet
We received some fantastic essay submission by our students during Eco Week. Today, we would like to share another winning essay on the topic of “Impact of Lockdown on Our Planet”, by Tan Jia Xuan in Form 5.
During Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park Eco Week in May, we ran an essay competition for all students on the topic of “Impact of Lockdown on Our Planet”. The committee received plenty of amazing essays, but could only pick 3 best essays.

ISP has adapted the Buddy Exchange Programme to become the “ISP Virtual Buddy Exchange Programme (VBEP)”. We are proud to have our students to participate in this programme, where students get to discuss on weekly topics such as Being a teenager during the lockdown, Music, Film & TV, Sports and A Tour of their city or country.
Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park offers various Co-Curriculum Activities (CCAs) that will enrich students learning. It is a key part of Tenby Schools experience for all age group from Early Years upward.
All CCAs are taught by experienced instructors who are an expert in their respective field. One of the CCA offered in Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park is the Tenby Philharmonic Orchestra, which is offered to at Primary and Secondary level.
There is an increasing need for a global mindset, and education is one of the most effective tools to foster such growth. As a result of globalisation, education has become increasingly international. The onset of mass schooling has created a more inclusive environment for students coming from different international backgrounds.
