Opportunities for all

Students can enjoy personal development events like public speaking and social learning talks, participate in national and local competitions - such as coding, robotics, and sports and engage in environmental awareness activities like eco fairs and recycling. Our choice of 100 co-curricular activities help students pursue their passions, build friendships, and develop a strong sense of identity and community.

School trips

School trips are an exciting way to bring learning to life beyond the classroom! A highlight for our secondary students is the Sustainable Environment Program and the SST Lower Secondary Educational Trip to Jaro and Yayasan Warisan Johor.

Latest technology

Our staff collaborate with students to build essential technology skills using a wide range of innovative platforms and tools. These include SPARX Maths, which supports mathematics learning, and the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, such as Teams, Excel, Word, Sway, Forms, OneNote, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, and Stream. Students also engage with cutting-edge tools like Copilot AI, Kodu, Minecraft Education, and Makecode for Microbit, fostering creativity and problem-solving. Platforms like Desmos, Cospaces Edu VR & AR, Quizizz, Kahoot, Peardeck, and Nearpod enhance interactive and immersive learning experiences.

To support a wide range of learning styles and subjects, we integrate tools such as Widgit, Padlet, Geogebra, SQLite, Clipchamp, Reflect, Quizlet, Canva, Wordwall, Artsteps, and PhET simulations. Additionally, students can share their projects and reflections through Apps Blogger, ensuring a dynamic and engaging approach to technology education. These resources empower learners to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Future pathways

Along with one-on-one guidance, students participate in the Annual ISP Future Pathways Festival (University Fair), Future Skills sessions, and have access to the Unifrog Education platform, students connect with Post-16 and Pre-University providers to gain insights into future studies.

We also offer workshops where parents and students explore topics like different pathways, studying abroad, and admissions. Our strong partnerships provide real-world expertise through experiences such as IGCSE Business students visiting local employers, inspirational assemblies on career pathways, and taster days at local colleges. With these opportunities, we equip students with the knowledge and confidence to follow their dreams!

Student leadership opportunities

At our school, we offer a variety of child leadership roles that encourage students to take responsibility, build confidence, and develop essential teamwork and communication skills. Whether leading their peers in group projects, helping organise events, or representing their class, these roles help students grow into responsible, self-assured individuals ready for future challenges. These opportunities include Student Leader Team and House Captains.

House communities

Our whole campus House System provides children with opportunities to earn House Points for excellent behaviour/attitude and/or outstanding work or effort. New students will be assigned to a House when they are accepted to join the school – Griffin, Unicorn, Dragon, Phoenix. House points accumulate towards personalised certificates and also earn points for the student's house. Our PE department also runs regular events including Sports Week to earn House Points and promote healthy competition and community spirit!
