At Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens, we are proud of the vibrant and dynamic community we’ve built! The Tenby Student Council, a fully student-led and student-run body, plays a key role in organizing fundraisers, campaigns, and exciting events throughout the school year. Every week, they meet to discuss issues important to the student body and bring forward fresh ideas to improve school life. Each position on the council is filled by students handpicked by their peers, giving them the opportunity to grow as leaders.
Our Parent-Teacher Association plays an essential role too, enriching the school community daily with their support. At Tenby SEG, we know that when parents are involved, students are inspired! That's why we work closely with the Parent-Teacher Association to foster communication, address issues, and support our dedicated educators. Together, we create an environment where every student can thrive!
Shafar's orphanage is a self-funded charity caring for young girls from 7-12 years old who have been orphaned.
Our International Primary students chose to raise funds for this worthy cause through their Treats with Love bake sale. Representatives from the orphanage visited our school to talk about their work and the impact that student support would have on the children they care for.
This organisation provides a special place for disabled students to receive therapy and support enabling them to reach their full potential.
At Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens parents, guardians and teachers are automatically members of the PTA. If you have a child in the school, or if you are a teacher/staff in the school, you are a PTA member. Our PTA is an active group of parents and teachers who meet regularly to plan and organise events and activities to enrich our children’s experience of education. The PTA also raises funds for the school to improve the resources available, as well as develop platforms which encourage community support.
Some of the events they organise and support us with include festive celebrations, annual family fun day, teachers’ day, school uniform donation drive, book donations etc. They also support the school during sports day, swimming galas and school concerts.
Learn about the many paths and passions our students and alumni explore at Tenby Setia Eco Gardens. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school and embrace the individuality and cultural identity of every child.
This school is great, we even have ISP Future Pathways that has helped me think about what and where I will study as my next steps.
