Recap of the Year in Tenby International Primary School by Ms Etta

We’ve experienced a fantastic year of Amazing Learning at our International Primary School! Watch our Head of School, Ms Etta, discussing the year’s highlights and unveiling the exciting future for our students!

This year, we began to integrate the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Maths) learning approach into our bespoke International Primary Curriculum. As always, our growing learners have been continuously encouraged to step beyond their comfort zones to build their resilience.

Our on-campus events like the STEAM Fest allowed students to consolidate their problem-solving skills and collaborate on solutions to real-world issues. Our adventurous residential trips extended their learning beyond the classroom, offering unique experiences and insights.

As we evolve into a STEAM specialist school, we have joined forces with industry specialists both locally and worldwide to amplify the learning experience for each student’s learning journey. Our International Primary school teachers and students have been tackling the Good Struggles, mastering new educational technologies like Byte Ed and Vex Robotics.

In the upcoming academic year, our International Primary students will reap the benefits of the STEAM Engine that will integrate interactive learning spaces such as the Makerspace, Robotics and Coding Zone and Recording Studio where they can create, innovate and grow at the pace of change.

Curious about what’s happening? Join our Open Morning ‘Changing the Future with STEAM’ on Thursday, 10 August at 9am – 10am or book a personalised tour with our Admissions Team to glimpse our vibrant campus expansion.
