Future pathways

Along with one-on-one guidance, students participate in the Annual iSP Future Pathways Festival (University Fair), Future Skills sessions, and have access to the Unifrog Education platform, students connect with Post-16 and Pre-University providers to gain insights into future studies.

We also offer workshops where parents and students explore topics like different pathways, studying abroad, and admissions. Our strong partnerships provide real-world expertise through experiences such as iGCSE Business students visiting local employers, inspirational assemblies on career pathways, and taster days at local colleges. With these opportunities, we equip students with the knowledge and confidence to follow their dreams!

Latest technology

We equip our students with cutting-edge technology skills by teaching them to use a variety of powerful tools. This includes VEXcode VR, where they explore robotics and coding through engaging virtual challenges, and Microsoft Access, which introduces them to database management and information organization. They also dive into web development using Adobe Dreamweaver, gaining hands-on experience in building and designing websites. Additionally, students develop essential programming skills with Python IDLE, learning the fundamentals of coding through one of the world’s most popular programming languages. These tools empower students with the digital literacy needed to thrive in the modern world.

House communities

Our whole campus House System provides children with opportunities to be rewarded for their efforts outside the classroom, where they can earn House Points for  their participation in areas such as Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Character, Community, Creativity. Our four house groups are Ledang, Tahan, Kinabalu and Jerai.

Opportunities

We encourage our Secondary students to actively engage in the wider school community to broaden their horizons. Along with more than 75 co-curricular activities, students have many chances to step outside their comfort zone and take on responsibilities. School camps foster teamwork and camaraderie, while sports teams help build leadership and organisational skills. Students can also explore their potential through roles such as prefects, participating in musicals or dramas, joining the Student Council, and many other enriching opportunities. These experiences help them grow both socially and academically!

School trips

Each year, our students look forward to the exciting Horizons Week! They get the chance to embark on incredible educational adventures to destinations like Bali, Thailand, India, and Malaysia, with the option to enjoy enriching experiences right here in Penang as well. These journeys are all about expanding their horizons, exploring new cultures, and bonding with friends through shared travel experiences within their school community. It’s a week filled with learning, discovery, and unforgettable memories!

Duke of Edinburgh

The Duke of Edinburgh's (DofE), Award is close to our core philosophy of helping young people build life-long belief in themselves, supporting them to take on their own challenges and follow their passions. Our students participate in two levels - Bronze and Silver  - completing activities in volunteering, physical, skills, and an expedition. We love DofE because it is line with our core belief to celebrate and champion every young person.
