Grand Launch of the STEAM Engine | STEAM Fest 2024

Tenby Schools Penang celebrated the grand launch of its STEAM engine, a state-of-the-art, 75,000 sq ft hub designed to transform education and empower students with future-ready skills. The event brought together students, teachers, parents, and members of the wider Penang community to mark this significant milestone for the school.

The STEAM engine is the first of its kind in Penang and represents a bold step forward in international education. Featuring cutting-edge facilities such as robotics labs, XR labs, makerspaces, and design technology studios, it provides students with dynamic spaces to explore, innovate, and collaborate. By connecting learning across subjects, the STEAM engine helps students apply knowledge to real-world challenges, preparing them to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

None of this would have been possible without our partners who brought their expertise and passion to support our mission to make STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics inclusive for everyone!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us and made this event a blast! Stay tuned for more innovative initiatives coming your way.
